Return and Refund Policy
This policy has been prepared to explain the return, exchange, and refund processes for products purchased from Argekip Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers who qualify as consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal for products purchased under distance sales within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions
The product to be returned must:
- Be unused,
- Not be damaged due to installation, mounting, or field use,
- Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, cables, documents, and invoice, if available,
- Be in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, returned with missing parts, or specially manufactured/customized according to the customer’s request.
3. Products That May Be Excluded from Return
The right of return may be limited or not accepted for the following products and services:
- Devices specially manufactured or configured according to the customer’s request,
- Software licenses, installation, integration, technical service, and field services,
- Products that have been used, installed, or physically damaged,
- Products whose hygiene, safety, or technical integrity has been compromised,
- Sensitive electronic components such as sensors, electronic boards, cables, and probes that have been damaged due to user-related causes.
4. Return Process
To request a return, the customer must contact us.
The following information may be requested for return applications:
- Full name / company name,
- Order or invoice number,
- Name of the purchased product,
- Reason for return,
- Contact information.
Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent to the address provided by us. The customer is required to return the product within 10 days from the date of the withdrawal notification.
5. Shipping and Transportation Fees
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping and transportation conditions are evaluated according to the applicable legislation and the terms specified at the time of sale.
If the product is defective, faulty, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping process will be evaluated separately by us.
In cases of customer-related damage, incorrect use, faulty installation, or incomplete return shipment, the return may not be accepted, or the resulting costs may be charged to the customer.
6. Refund Process
After the returned product reaches us and the necessary inspections are completed, the refund process will be initiated for products that meet the return conditions.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the refund will be made within the legal period and, where possible, using the same payment method used by the customer.
Processing times caused by banks, credit card providers, or payment institutions are outside our control.
7. Exchange Requests
If the product is defective, faulty, or incorrectly shipped, the customer may request an exchange. Exchange requests will be evaluated after technical inspection of the product.
8. Warranty and Technical Service
The return process is independent of the product’s warranty and technical service rights. Faults and technical support requests covered by warranty will be evaluated separately.
User error, incorrect connection, improper power supply, liquid contact, impact, unauthorized intervention, or use under unsuitable operating conditions may be considered outside the scope of warranty.
9. Corporate and Project-Based Sales
For corporate, project-based, custom-manufactured, custom software, integration, field installation, or products and services configured according to customer requirements, return conditions may be evaluated according to the special terms specified in the offer, contract, or proforma invoice.
